Surrey RCMP were initially called to the home near 127 Street and 103 Avenue around 11 p.m. PT,

IHIT spokeswoman Sgt. Stephanie Ashton said RCMP called in homicide investigators two-and-a-half hours later after determining the woman's death was suspicious.
