Four teenage dancers from Vancouver's Goh Ballet Academy are representing Canada this week at the International Ballet and Contemporary Dance Competition in Vienna, Austria.

They're competing against dancers from 20 other countries.

Goh Ballet director Chan Hon Goh says it's the first time her academy has sent dancers to the prestigious competition in Vienna.

"Out of the four dancers, three of them have been with us since they were in primary grades," Goh said. "We're proud of them just like their parents would be."
