Lightning has sparked 68 forest fires across B.C. since Friday, but fire officials say most of the fires are under control.
Eighteen fires occurred in the Kamloops fire region, while another dozen broke out in the Cariboo region, with the largest blaze covering about 13 hectares.
The B.C. Forest Service says most of the blazes have been put out after being attacked by air and ground crews, and no buildings are immediately threatened.
Meanwhile, health officials have issued smoke advisories for Prince George and Quesnel because of wildfire smoke in the areas.
