Lower marine clouds will continue to slide in for the early morning hours over the next couple of days. But B.C.'s South Coast will get back into the sun by mid-morning with above-seasonal temperatures for Thursday and Friday, says CBC meteorologist Johanna Wagstaffe.
The mornings will feel a little cooler, but daytime highs will still be in the 20 C to 25 C range right up until Saturday. At this point, it looks like our sunny and hot reign will come to an end Saturday afternoon with clouds and showers, and rain continuing through Sunday. Temperatures will come down a few degrees as well.
The B.C. Interior also gets a few more hot days. Look for more temperature records to fall Wednesday with the risk of afternoon thunderstorms in the 30 C heat.
