Sunny afternoons will follow cloudy mornings over the next few days, but temperatures will remain cool, says CBC meteorologist Johanna Wagstaffe.

But by Thursday temperatures will be on the rise with the approach of the next Pacific storm. Afternoon highs will be back in the low 20s, before the evening rain begins.

Friday is looking like a stormy one, with showers and dropping temperatures to continue right through the weekend.

Also, there has been a report of a waterspout near Cape Scott on Vancouver Island Tuesday morning. If you snapped at picture, email us at cbcnewsvancouver@cbc.ca.
