Cold front to move through B.C. Friday night
Cooler, cloudier weekend, but some sun too
Clouds will continue to roll in ahead of a cold front that will bring gusty winds and the risk of showers to B.C.'s South Coast Friday afternoon and evening, says CBC meteorologist Johanna Wagstaffe.
There is also a risk of thunderstorms for the North Shore in the unstable Friday air, and the risk of showers for Vancouver will remain in place overnight.
The low-pressure system responsible for the front will keep spinning offshore through until the middle of next week, but Vancouver should get some good sunny breaks this weekend — even though it will feel cooler and cloudier.
