Surrey City Council have issued a boil water advisory in the Cloverdale area, after a broken water main left the area with a limited water supply.
The broken main, situated at 176 Street at 68 Avenue is a major feed to a large area of Cloverdale, according to the city.
In a press release, the city said crews are on site working to resolve the issue and it anticipated water service would be reinstated beginning by 8 p.m. PT.
Full water service is expected to be fully restored by Thursday morning.
Residents are advised to boil their water before consuming it for the next 24 hours or until further notice.
