Business owners in Burnaby, B.C. are angry after a beaver chewed through a tree, which then fell onto power lines and knocked out power on Wednesday.
Crews have now restored power to the site, at Ardingley Avenue and Darnley Street near Burnaby Lake and a representative of the City of Burnaby also attended the scene.
Meanwhile, local business owners say this is the third time this month the beaver has struck and want the city to trim the trees down to prevent them from knocking out power lines if felled by wildlife.
