B.C. conservation officers prepare for animal encounters

Now that spring is upon us, the officers want to make sure they're prepared for the bears and cougars they'll be chasing in the coming months.

B.C. Conservation officers had a busy time dealing with animal encounters last year.

There were 33 attacks on people in 2015, which it says is busier than usual. 

Now that spring is upon us, the officers want to make sure they're prepared for the bears and cougars they'll be chasing in the coming months.
