A Canadian woman who has been a fugitive from U.S. justice for 10 years surrendered today to authorities in Washington.

Rebecca Rubin was wanted on arson, destructive device and conspiracy charges connected with the 1998 firebombing of a Colorado ski resort and two other fire attacks.

American officials have called the ski resort attack "the largest eco-terrorism case in United States history."

They allege Rubin was a member of the Earth Liberation Front and the Animal Liberation Front.

In 2008, the FBI offered a $50,000 reward for tips leading to her capture. They said at the time that they believed she was living in British Columbia.
