Adele's Canadian shows sell out in minutes

Tickets for British singing star Adele's shows in Canadian cities sold out within minutes on Thursday morning.

British star will play in Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto on North American tour

Tickets for British singing star Adele's shows in Canadian cities sold out within minutes on Thursday morning.

The Vancouver shows sold out in less than 20 minutes. Fans were left watching the digital wheel of doom as they waited to see if they could snag seats for the Rogers Arena live dates July 20 and 21.

Adele will play Montreal on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 and Toronto on Oct. 3, 4, 6 and 7.

'You had my heart inside your hand'

Many fans expressed their frustration on social media using lyrics from Adele's songs, such as Hello, and gifs of her music videos and concerts.

Some fans begged Adele to grant them more concert dates.
