A 26-year-old man from Abbotsford, B.C., died while cliff-diving at Cultus Lake on Saturday.
Chilliwack RCMP won't name the deceased until his next-of-kin are notified, Const. Tracy Wolbeck said.

The accident happened after four friends decided to film each other jumping from cliffs near Lindell Beach.
At about 4:20 p.m. PT, the first of the four climbed up 80 feet above the water and jumped.
He hit the lake in an awkward position and then sank into deep water, police said. He did not re-surface, and his friends called 911.
An RCMP dive team and Chilliwack search and rescue personnel brought two boats to the scene, and at 7:30 p.m. the dive team surfaced with the man's body.
Wolbeck said the investigation is still in the early stages, but alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
