Enbridge pledges Northern Gateway will be safest on continent
Vice president says spill response time would be about 12 minutes

A spokesman for Calgary-based pipeline company Enbridge promises its proposed Northern Gateway pipeline to carry oilsands crude from Alberta to a terminal near Kitimat, B.C. will be the safest in North America.
Enbridge vice-president Janet Holder told Evan Solomon of CBC News Network's Power & Politics on Wednesday that response time in the event of a spill would be in the order of 12 minutes. Watch the interview in the player above or click here:
