Saint-Hyacinthe meat plant workers ratify deal

Workers at a meat plant in Saint-Hyacinthe, Que., have voted to accept a new contract, ending a strike that began the end of September.
The Olymel workers voted on Sunday in favour of the deal, a seven-year pact resulting from negotiations that ended on Dec. 18.
The 450 workers will return to the plant starting Jan. 5.
