Amanda Lang
Amanda Lang is the senior business correspondent for CBC News, contributing regularly to its flagship news program The National and co-hosting CBC's business show The Lang And O'Leary Exchange.
Before joining CBC, Lang hosted Business News Network's SqueezePlay. She is a veteran business journalist who got her start at The Globe and Mail before moving to the Financial Post, first as a technology reporter and later as the paper's New York correspondent.
Kevin O'Leary
In addition to being one of CBC-TV's "Dragons," Kevin O'Leary appears on CBC Newsworld as a business commentator and co-hosts CBC's business show The Lang And O'Leary Exchange. A business veteran, O'Leary launched SoftKey Software Products from his basement and built it into an operation that was sold to the Mattel Toy Co. in 1999 for $3.7 billion. He then founded his own mutual fund company, O'Leary Funds. He is a founding investor and director of Stream Global, sits on the investment committee of Boston's 200-year-old Hamilton Trust, and on the executive board of The Richard Ivey School of Business.
