Worried about the health of your company pension plan? Depending on your plan, it is either federally or provincially regulated. Here are links to the various bodies across the country responsible for keeping tabs on the health of your pension plan.

Federally regulated plans

These cover federal government workers and federally regulated industries such as transport (airlines, railways etc), telecommunications (radio, television and telephone companies), banks, insurance companies, some native bands, as well as workers in the Yukon, among others.
