Justin Bieber + U.S. midterm elections: hilarity



Unless you've been in space or solitary confinement, you know that the U.S. midterm elections take place tomorrow. The campaign has put American politicos in a veritable frenzy. For those of us living above the 49th parallel, the spectacle has been by turns ominous, puzzling and hilarious.

The elections are seen as a barometer reading of the U.S. public's feelings on president Barack Obama and whether the Tea Party is a force to reckon with. It's also an opportunity for humour, as demonstrated by this past weekend's Rally to Restory Sanity and/or Fear.

The good people at Funny or Die! couldn't resist weighing in. The above video is about a month old, but it's still a gem. It takes the premise of celebrities getting out the vote to new levels of hilarity.
