VIDEO: Tintin for a new age

Since Tintin's 1929 debut, generations of fans have devoured the adventures of the plucky, red-haired reporter and his little white dog, Snowy.
Now, the comic book character has made the leap to the big screen in a new animated adventure directed by Steven Spielberg and produced by Peter Jackson.
With the North American premiere of The Adventures of Tintin taking place in Montreal on Saturday, Eli Glasner takes a closer look at the long-standing affection for the character.
