Jacksoul lead singer in hospital after accident

Haydain Neale, the lead singer of Juno-Award winning R&B band Jacksoul, is in critical but stable condition after a car accident last Friday.
The band's website confirmed he has been hospitalized, promising updates as his condition changes.

Details of his injuries have not been released.
Hamilton, Ont.-born Neale, 36, now lives in Toronto.
He fronts Jacksoul, which has resurrected classic soul songs such as Can't Stop and Still Believe in Love and put their twist on works by Radiohead, Curtis Mayfield and Sam Cooke.
In 2004 he performed These Eyes in a tribute to the Guess Who as they were inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.
Also in the band are Justin Abedin on guitars, Ron Lopata on keys, Davide Direnzo on percussion and John "JK" Kanakis on bass.
They have won a SOCAN Award for R&B song of the year, a Canadian Urban Music Award for songwriter of the year and a 2007 Juno for best R&B recording for mySOUL.
