Melanie Brown (Scary), Melanie Chisholm (Sporty), Geri Halliwell (Ginger), Emma Bunton (Baby) and Victoria Beckham (Posh) announced in June they would launch a once in a lifetime reunion concert tour.
"Obviously, it's nostalgic. But equally, if new fans want to come along, that's fantastic," Halliwell said at the announcement in June. "I like to think our songs are universal and they are timeless."
The new dates — Dec. 2 in Vancouver, Dec. 4 in San Jose and Jan. 10, 2008, in Shanghai — bring to 14 the total number of concerts the Spice Girls are planning.
Other stops on the tour include:
- New York.
- Los Angeles.
- Las Vegas.
- Buenos Aires.
- London.
- Madrid.
- Cape Town.
- Beijing.
- Hong Kong.
- Sydney.
- Koln, Germany.
The group will also release a greatest hits album in November, prior to the tour, and are working on a television documentary.
Formed in 1994, the Spice Girls have sold more than 50 million albums worldwide.
Their pop hits includie Wannabe, Say You'll Be There and 2 Become 1 off their 1996 debut album Spice.
There were reports of infighting by the time the group's second album, Spice World, came out a year later. Halliwell left in 1998.
The last Spice Girls album, Forever, was released in 2000. A year later, the rest of the group broke up.

FILM REVIEW: Men in Black 3 by Eli Glasner May. 25, 2012 11:40 AM Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones are back in the action sequel Men in Black 3, a third instalment of a series now 15 years old. Though new addition Josh Brolin manages some amazing mimicry as a younger version of Jones, the story doesn't measure up to the weird and wonderful charms of the original, says film reviewer Eli Glasner.
