Former Prison Break actor Lane Garrison will plead guilty to vehicular manslaughter in connection with a crash that killed a 17-year-old, his attorney said Wednesday.
Beverly Hills High School student Vahagn Setian was a passenger in Garrison's car when he was killed.
Lane Garrison, shown in April 2006, plans to plead guilty to some of the charges connected to a fatal car crash, his lawyer said.

Garrison's attorney, Harland Braun, said the 26-year-old actor will make the plea on May 21 in Superior Court in Beverly Hills, Calif.
"He's fairly accepting," Braun said. "He realizes that he has to step up and take responsibility for what he did."
Braun said Garrison might plead guilty to some of the other charges against him, which include driving under the influence causing injury and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit.
The actor, who played David (Tweener) Apolskis on Prison Break, was behind the wheel of a Land Rover that jumped a curb and struck a tree on Dec. 2.
Setian was killed and two 15-year-old girls in the car were injured.
Garrison, a Dallas native, remains free on bail, but could face up to six years in prison.
Braun said Garrison told him: "I'm the lucky one. I'm alive. The other guy is dead. … How can I feel sorry for myself in a world where guys are going off to Iraq?"
Experts are to provide reports on Garrison's blood-alcohol level at the time of the crash and on the condition of the vehicle, which had been the subject of a recall over brake problems.
If a mechanical problem contributed to the crash, that might affect Garrison's sentencing, Braun said.
The Tweener character died during an earlier season of Prison Break.

FILM REVIEW: Men in Black 3 by Eli Glasner May. 25, 2012 11:40 AM Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones are back in the action sequel Men in Black 3, a third instalment of a series now 15 years old. Though new addition Josh Brolin manages some amazing mimicry as a younger version of Jones, the story doesn't measure up to the weird and wonderful charms of the original, says film reviewer Eli Glasner.
