Police in Beverly Hills, Calif., say Prison Break actor Lane Garrison should be charged following an accident that killed a teenaged passenger and injured two others in the car he was driving.
Police have recommended the county prosecutor's office lay charges of felony gross vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they said Wednesday.

Garrison's Land Rover jumped a curb and struck a tree on Dec. 2, killing 17-year-old Beverly Hills High School student Vahagn Setian and injuring two 15-year-old girls who were also in the vehicle.
Garrison's attorney, Harland Braun, had no immediate comment.
In an earlier interview with the Los Angeles Times, Braun said Garrison didn't remember anything about the accident after waking up in a hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.
Garrison, 26 and a Dallas native, plays the character Tweener on the hit action series Prison Break.
A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County district attorney said the police report was under review but no decision had been made on whether to file charges.

FILM REVIEW: Men in Black 3 by Eli Glasner May. 25, 2012 11:40 AM Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones are back in the action sequel Men in Black 3, a third instalment of a series now 15 years old. Though new addition Josh Brolin manages some amazing mimicry as a younger version of Jones, the story doesn't measure up to the weird and wonderful charms of the original, says film reviewer Eli Glasner.
