Gord Bamford, Paul Brandt, Terri Clark, Kira Isabella and Dierks Bentley have been added to the roster to play the 2014 CCMA Awards on September 7.

The announcement Tuesday from the Canadian Country Music Association is the second of four talent reveals for the show. Eight awards will be handed out on Canadian country music's biggest night in Edmonton this year and will be broadcast live on CBC Television at 8 p.m. (8:30 NT).

Gord Bamford took home five CCMA Awards last year, including best album, single of the year and best video. This time, he's up for five more including single of the year for his hit song When Your Lips Are So Close. 


Eight-time Juno award winner, Paul Brandt, is up for the coveted fans' choice award at the 2014 CCMA Awards.

Also slated to take the stage are eight-time Juno Award winner Paul Brandt; 2013 CCMA fans' choice award winner Terri Clark and 2013 CCMA female artist of the year Kira Isabella.

Some of the acts already confirmed include Dean Brody, Tim Hicks, Dallas Smith, and Grammy award-winning American country group Little Big Town.
