Lucasfilm, one of the studios behind the film, has settled a lawsuit with an actor accused of revealing details about the production in an interview with his hometown newspaper.

Terms of the settlement were not revealed, but actor Tyler Nelson had been accused of knowingly violating the agreement he signed when cast to appear in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull during an interview to the Oklahoma paper Edmond Sun.

In the meantime, a spokeswoman revealed that several photos and computers related to the film's production have been stolen.

The missing items contained "confidential and proprietary materials" related to the movie, said Kristin Stark, a spokeswoman for DreamWorks Pictures SKG.

She did not say when or where the theft took place.

The new film sees Harrison Ford reprising his role as the titular archeologist and adventurer, with Cate Blanchett and Shia LaBeouf co-starring.

The fourth movie in the Indiana Jones franchise, Crystal Skull is set to hit theatres in May 2008.
