District Profile:This district, on the southern coast of the province, includes the part of city of Saint John west of intersection of Route 7 and Route 1 including Colpitts, Lorneville, Seaview and Black Beach; the part Saint John north of Gault Road including South Bay, Acamac, Ketepec, Belmont, Morna Heights; Martinon to the county of Saint John border; town of Grand Bay and village of Westfield; all the parish of Greenwich and parts of parishes of Petersville and Westfield.

District History:Kings had been a three-member seat.

Redistribution:Redistribution in 2006 added the parish of Musquash and the area of Maces Bay, Little Lepreau and part of Lepreau from the electoral district of Charlotte.
The district's population is 12,919. The riding was created in the 1995 redistribution from: Kings Centre (southern and west-central part of riding); Saint John West (area from eastern part of riding; and Queens South (southern tip moves to west part of this riding).
