District Profile:A rural district in the northeast that borders Bathurst on three sides. Principal communities are Allardville and St. Sauveur. District consists of parish of Allardville, part of parish of Beresford and part of New Bandon parish. Pabineau 11 Reserve is also here. Redistribution:In the 2006 redistribution, Nepisiguit added the part of the city of Bathurst south of Route 11 and east of the Nepisiguit River from the district of Bathurst. It lost part of the community of Burnsville and transferred it to the district of Caraquet. It also lost the community of Saint-Sauveur and transferred it to the district of Centre-Peninsule.Political History:
