Actor and avid fruit hunter Bill Pullman — he notably played the U.S. President in the 1996 summer blockbuster Independence Day — takes us through the expansive orchard behind his Hollywood Hills home. He also concocts a frozen treat using white sapote (a rare fruit native to Mexico and Central America, shaped like an apple, with the taste and texture of pudding), a plate of frozen cream, and a touch of honey.
