Mark Fewer at the Tuckamore Festival

He was back in his home town for last summer's Tuckamore Festival. This week Mark displays two sides of his musical persona in classical chamber music recorded by CBC's Musicraft at the Tuckamore Festival and contemporary jazz from his Juno award-winning recording called "Changing Seasons."

ECMA best classical recording category

In the final countdown to this East Coast Music Awards in Moncton, New Brunswick, we'll sample the five CDs nominated for this year's "best classical recording." They include Newman Sound's "The Green and Salty Days."

Cantus Vocum

Preparations are percolating at Cantus Vocum headquarters for an up-coming tour. The 24 voice community choir from St. John's will be heading to Sweden later this year. Director, Chad Stride explains how the group is polishing up its Canadian music in order to put a shine on Canadian choral repertoire for a surprisingly substantial Scandinavian market.
