Patients want better service from Sudbury's ER

A patient satisfaction survey at Health Sciences North in Sudbury shows 90 percent of patients are happy with the care they receive. Only 45 percent of those polled would however recommend the emergency services. The CBC's Hillary Duff spoke to the chief of operations at the hospital about the discrepancy in the numbers.
