Townhouses coming to Sudbury's Mallard's Landing

The Greater Sudbury planning committee has approved a plan by developer Dalron to build two-dozen townhouses in the Mallard's Landing neighbourhood in the south end of the city. The neighbourhood was originally to have single family homes only. We have some of the debate on the issue from Sudbury's planning committee meeting. Listen audio
