Paying more to use local sports fields

Greater Sudbury city council debated the idea of charging higher user fees for clubs using soccer, football and baseball fields. An auditor's report suggested that would be a good way to cover some of the costs of maintaining the fields. Here's a sample of the debate on the issue. Listen (runs 4:16)
