Canadian Forces vets get free parking in Sudbury

Greater Sudbury city council debated and then voted on wether or not it should offer free parking to Canadian Forces vets. Four hours of free parking will be granted to vehicles with a poppy license plate. We have some of the debate over the issue. Listen (runs 4:19)
