Price of license plate stickers going up

Ontario is raising the price of license plate stickes. Northerners will still be paying about half of what they pay in Southern Ontario. The split happens in the Parry Sound-Muskoka riding. We spoke to the MPP for the area Norm Miller. Listen (runs 4:08)
