2.8 percent tax hike in Sudbury's 2012 budget

If you live in Greater Sudbury, you'll be paying about 60 to 70 dollars more in property taxes this year. City council approved a 2.8 percent tax hike in this year's budget. We spoke to the mayor about the budget.
