First Nations poverty: a historical context

This week we heard that two of every three First Nations children in Saskatchewan is living in poverty. Jim Daschuk is a historian and assistant professor in the Faculty of Kinesiology and Health Studies at the University of Regina, and his new book says that the roots of the problem go very deep in Saskatchewan's history.
