Who Makes a Good Medical Student?

What kind of person do you want taking care of you when you're sick?  What about your child?  The University of Saskatchewan just made it harder to get into their medical school-- but is education level and grades the best predictor of a good doctor?

Dr. Saleem Razack is the Associate Dean of Admissions at McGill University.  He tells us why they're looking for much more than an impressive transcript when deciding who gets into medical school.
