Glynis Williams – Action Refugiés Montréal

Rev. Glynis Williams is a former nurse and has been ordained since 1989. She currently works with refugees and is interested in fair trade and overseas development. In Spring 2007 she spent four months in Syria working with the UN Commission of Refugees. Attend this presentation to hear the heart-wrenching stories of Rev. Glynis Williams. Sharon Peters – Teachers Without Borders

Education is a basic human right. Teachers helping teachers is a great philosophy. Sharon is a high school teacher of English and computer studies as well as technology integration coach at The Study, an independent school in Montreal. During the summer of '08, she joined two teams who served with Teachers Without Borders in the townships of South Africa and Kenya. Her students have participated in several award-winning international online collaborative projects with classes around the world using various online tools and environments. Only 60 seats available.
