CBC Radio 2's A Propos at Coup de Coeur Francophone
Jim Corcoran, host of CBC Radio 2's A Propos is proud to mark the 25th anniversary of Coup de cœur francophone, the premier French-language music festival on the local arts scene.
Listeners and festival-goers are invited from across the country to attend or tune into a special A Propos' Songwriters' Session as well as enter a Canada-wide contest!

To celebrate Coup de cœur francophone's 25th birthday in grand style, CBC/Radio-Canada and Radio Canada International are inviting audiences to enter a contest for a chance to win a trip to Europe to attend one of the following festivals: "Alors chante!" in Montauban,
"Voix des fêtes" in Geneva, or "L'estival" in Saint-Germain-en-Laye.

CBC Radio's À PROPOS' SONGWRITERS' SESSION
To mark the 25th anniversary of Coup de cœur francophone, Jim Corcoran and the À Propos
team were hand at L'Astral on November 7 for a concert extraordinaire! As part of his long-standing effort to introduce English-speaking audiences to francophone artists on CBC Radio, the À Propos host invited listeners and concert-goers to attend this free event bringing together singer/songwriters Martin Léon, Betty Bonifassi, Patrice Michaud, Audrey Emery, Azam Ali, Kiya and Ziya Tabassian on the same stage!
The concert will be broadcast on November 20 & 27 on À Propos, which airs Sundays at 4 p.m. on CBC Radio 2 (repeated on Saturdays at 11 p.m. on CBC Radio One).
