The Sandwich
Our quest for the quintessential Toronto sandwich continues today. In the first episode, we looked back at a true Toronto original, the peameal bacon sandwich. Today, the grilled cheese. All summer, our producer Daniel Guillemette will be on the hunt with Zane Caplansky of Caplansky's Delicatessan for the most "authentically Toronto" sandwiches.
