Sous Chefs

Austrian artist Rainer Prohaska came up with the concept about 10 years ago, and has presented it in cities around the world. He recruits a team of white-clad leaders who guide volunteer "sous chefs" in the preparation of a dish. Metro Morning producer Mark O'Neill went to see, and taste, yesterday's session at David Pecaut Square. It is part of Luminato External Site.
