Revitalized towers - how they might look in Rexdale

These images from Appendix B of Tower Renewal Guidelines from the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design show how buildings like the ones on Kipling Avenue might look with wall overcladding systems to improve their energy efficiency.

Tower Renewal is a program from the City of Toronto to drive broad environmental, social, economic, and cultural change by improving Toronto's concrete apartment towers and the neighbourhoods that surround them.
