Garden For Learning
Today during our special broadcast from Queen Victoria Public School in Parkdale, we heard about one of the Toronto District School Board's "Learn English" programs
. Learning English can be a long and frustrating process, especially when paired with the difficulty of adapting to a new way of life. But thanks to a local garden in Parkdale, newcomers are able to grow not only fresh produce, but also a sense of community.
