Hydro One IPO

Ontario's ombudsman Andre Marin is slamming Hydro One for wide-spread billing errors and poor customer service. His scathing report comes as the Ontario government prepares to sell a 15 per cent stake in the electric utility, setting up investment banks to earn millions in fees. Rita Trichur from The Wall Street Journal joins Host Matt Galloway to discuss why the Hydro One share sale is stirring controversy.
