THE NATIONAL is CBC's flagship television news program. Airing seven days a week, the hour-long show delivers domestic news and current affairs programming. The anchor and chief correspondent is Peter Mansbridge.

At Issue -- Canada's most-watched political panel continues with Chantal Hébert, Andrew Coyne and Bruce Anderson.

The Insiders -- Kathleen Monk, David Herle and Jaime Watt explain how strategies are devised and decisions are made in the political backrooms.

The Bottom Line Panel -- Preet Banerjee, Patricia Croft, Jim Stanford and Amanda Lang take an expert look at the economy.

National Check-Up -- Dr. Danielle Martin, Dr. Vivek Rao and Dr. Samir Sinha  take health matters head-on with practical and professional analysis.

Turning Point -- Samantha Nutt and Janice Stein focus on foreign affairs, helping to explain and understand the forces shaping our world.

Rex Murphy, of course, also provides his Point of View.
