Sulphites in Chatman's Bakery Ltd. Brand Apple
The Canadian Food Inspection
Agency (CFIA) and Chatman’s Bakery Ltd are
warning people with sensitivities to sulphites
not to consume Chatman’s Bakery Ltd brand
Apple Pie. The product contains sulphites which
are not declared on the label.
Chatman’s Bakery Ltd brand
Apple Pie, is sold in a 567 g package bearing
the UPC 6 24289 00178 9. All packages with best
before dates of 07/27/06 and earlier, which do
not properly declare the presence of sulphites,
are affected. This product has been distributed

associated with the consumption of this product.
Consumption of this product may cause a serious
