children's makeup toy, sold under the name "Belle Cosmetic," with
the item number BC1158H, UPC 0 62243 13263

Bacteria is growing
in the "face colour" component
of the toy, presenting a potential safety
hazard.
A total of 3741 items were distributed
to Costco Canada in 2004.
Any consumer who has purchased this product
is asked to return it to the store for credit,
or dispose it immediately.
