Health hazard alert
Pieces of hard plastic in caramel filled small
(8.5 g) chocolate eggs

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency
(CFIA) and Cadbury Adams Canada Inc. are warning
the public not to eat some small (8.5 g) caramel
filled chocolate eggs because they may contain
pieces of hard plastic.
The chocolate eggs were manufactured
by Cadbury Adams Canada Inc. The eggs are wrapped
in a foil and sold in packages of various sizes,
formats and also in bulk. The affected products
may also have been packaged and sold under different
names.
The following products contain
the affected eggs which are individually wrapped
in labelled orange and brown foil:
