Voluntary
Recall of Decorative Lamps

As a public safety measure, Parkline
Products Limited has announced a voluntary public
recall of decorative lamps sold to Home Hardware.
The products bear a counterfeit Underwriters Laboratories
c(UL)us Mark and have not been evaluated by UL
for safety.
The items can be identified as follows:
- 4842-898 Spinning Lamp - Clear
plastic dome lamp
- Black base and top
- Aquarium or space design inside
- 3659-222 Glitter Nightlight -
Lava lamp style night light
- Silver base and top
- Available in clear, purple and red fluid
- 4842-380 Box Lamp - 9" rectangular
lamp 4842-371 - White shade with black frame
- Butterfly or dolphin design on frame
- 4842-497 Table Lamp - 16"

Parkline
Products Limited have not been notified of
any safety incidents reported as a result
of the use of these products.
Customers who have purchased
these products, which were sold between January
2004 and April 2006, are asked to discontinue
use of the products immediately and return them
to their local Home
Hardware store for a full refund.
