Allergy Alert: Undeclared
Peanut Protein in Certain Misbis Brand Chocolate
and Confectionary Products From Turkey

The Canadian Food Inspection
Agency (CFIA) is warning people with allergies
to peanuts not to consume certain Misbis brand
chocolate and confectionery products. The affected
products may contain peanut protein which is not
declared on the label.
All codes and lots of the following
Misbis products are affected by this alert:

have been distributed in Quebec and Ontario.
There have been no reported illnesses
associated with theconsumption of these products.
Consumption of these products may cause a serious
or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies
to peanut protein.
