What’s got you complaining

In 2012-2013 the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) received a total of 554 new air travel complaints - the highest number being on how airlines treat its customers.  Here are some of the typical problems that leave Canadian travellers frustrated.

 

NOTE: While the Canadian Transportation Agency is required to report statistics of "quality of service" complaints, responsibility for resolving said complaints lies with the respective airline.
